In eligible cases, users may submit a review request through support channels. CricPoll may request additional verification and evidence before reviewing decisions. Review availability does not limit immediate protective actions necessary for security and compliance.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, subject to uptime constraints, maintenance, and external dependencies. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free delivery.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CricPoll and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from service use or inability to use the service.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CricPoll harmless from claims, losses, and costs resulting from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the operating jurisdiction of CricPoll. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and where unresolved, through competent legal forums as required by law.

19. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Failure to enforce any provision shall not be considered a waiver of rights.

20. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, product, or operational changes. Continued usage after update publication constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
